Stadberg Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-16. This policy explains how Stadberg LLC, a Florida company ("Stadberg," "we"), handles personal information collected through stadberg.org, our applications, and our text messages.
1. Information we collect
1. Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, address, and messages you send through our forms.
2. Driver application information: date of birth, license and medical card details, work and driving history, safety and testing history, and answers you give.
3. Files you upload: such as your CDL, medical card, TWIC and an optional profile picture. The application asks for your Social Security number because federal driver rules require it. We ask for an image of your Social Security card only at hire.
4. Background, driving record, PSP and Clearinghouse information, collected only with your separate authorization.
5. Electronic signature records: handwritten signature drawn on screen, date and time, IP address, and a locked copy.
6. Website usage: we use a cookieless analytics service that counts visits without cookies or tracking you across sites. We use a spam-protection service to block spam. We do not use advertising pixels.
2. How we use it
1. To review applications and decide on engagements.
2. To meet Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), tax and other legal duties.
3. To contact you about your application, onboarding and requests.
4. To secure our site and prevent fraud.
3. Text messages
If you opt in, we send recruiting and onboarding texts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of applying. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
4. Who we share with
1. Service providers that help us run the site, store data and send messages (such as our website hosting provider and our email and text providers).
2. Consumer reporting agencies, FMCSA and state agencies, and drug-testing providers, as you authorize or the law requires.
3. Previous employers, for the safety history check you authorize.
4. Authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. We do not sell personal information.
5. How long we keep it
We delete uploaded documents and Social Security card images after 3 years. We keep basic profile and application information until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Drug and alcohol testing records are kept for the periods DOT requires. Records of text message consents and opt-outs are kept for 5 years.
6. Security
Data is stored encrypted with our website hosting provider, with access limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as Florida law (section 501.171) and other applicable laws require.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consents, by emailing careers@stadberg.org. Some information we must keep by law. Residents of some states may have additional rights; we will honor requests as those laws require.
8. Children
This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes and contact
We will post changes here with a new effective date. Contact: Stadberg LLC, 11331 Zell Dr, Orlando, FL 32824; careers@stadberg.org; (480) 630-0007.
